Hi, I'm Emma.
I've been working in property management for more than 30 years, and during that time I've learnt that good property management comes down to three things — experience, communication and accountability.
That's exactly what I want All Over Rentals to provide.
When you entrust your investment to me, you're not passed between different property managers or departments. You deal directly with me.
I get to know you, your property and your tenancy, and I take personal responsibility for the properties I manage.
I believe every investment deserves to be looked after with care and attention — just as I would expect if it were my own.
When you call, you reach me. When something needs attention, I make sure it's dealt with promptly and properly.
